Blocking repeated calls

This is the ability to block repeat calls (another call that the customer added within an hour of the previous call). By default, the blocking is disabled.

  1. Choose Settings -> Services -> Select the service for which you want to enable the feature.

  2. Then Advanced Settings and scroll down the page.

3. Enable function.
