The third way to use our service - VOIP telephony. (The other two are the use of a mobile application and email notifications). The use of a third-party operator, which is Twilio. It automatically connects incoming calls from the widget, with a consultant on your side. This is done using an external phone number, defined in the callback24 panel.

Choose Settings -> Services -> Select the service for which you want to enable the feature.
Then General -> VOIP -> Edit Twilio Configuration.
After configuration, you get a virtual phone number on the Twilio side and a phone number visible to the customer (Caller ID)
