Go to the ,,Home'' tab. You can see it on the left in the panel.
At the top, you will check how long your package lasts and how many connections are left in it.
βBelow, you will check how many connections you have added to the queue.
βHere, you can choose the time period from which you want to view data and select which service they should pertain to.
βBelow, you will see your employees, the service they are assigned to, their latest activity, and the number of connections they have made.
βHere, you can see the total number of connections and the average connection duration.
7. Next, you will see the SLA Table, which provides information on how quickly your team returns calls for ordered connections.
8. Next, you will see statistics for incoming, outgoing, callback, and form connections.
9. Next, connections sorted by status.
10. At the bottom, you will see a table showing the effectiveness of the tags
