How to edit employees?

  1. Go to the Settings - Employees tab. You can see it on the left in the panel.

  2. Here, you can see the information about your employees: name, e-mail adress, phone number, last activity and their role (manager or employee).

  3. You can download all the employee data by exporting it to Excel or CSV.

  4. Here you can edit, delete, or disable employees. You can also check connections.

  5. If you want to edit your employee, click this option:

  6. Now, you can edit the information about your employee:

  7. Next, you have the ,,Work hours'' option.

  8. Here, you can set when your employee is able to answer the phone.

  9. To set an employee's status to "Vacation".

  10. Then, you can set the ,,Services settings''.

  11. In this area, you can enable an option that allows for scheduling calls in a calendar (such as Google Calendar) and configure the logging and recording of incoming, outgoing, and callback calls.

  12. In the next tab, you can generate an API token

  13. Here, you can create the API token, which you can use to integrate Callback24 with other tools.

  14. In the last tab, Advanced Settings, you can configure the queue limit.
