How to turn on call tagging?

  1. Go to the ,,My company'' tab. You can see it on the left in the panel.

  2. Click on the ,,Service settings'' option.

  3. You can add tags to each call, that will describe what type of call it was. Here, you can enable and disable call tagging option.

  4. Then, you can choose if the data should be sent using a tag or not. You can edit this option, if you have integration with HubSpot or Bitrix24. Then the information, that is, this number will be sent to the CRM.

  5. Here, you can also turn on or off the option to stop people from visiting your website if you don't want them to.
