Go to the ,,Calls'' tab. You can see it on the left in the panel.
Here, you can set what information about the calls you want to see. You can choose the time, status and type of the call, employee and service.
Here, you can see all the information about the calls, such as when it was made, who made it, call status, call type, etc.
You can download all of the data by exporting it to Excel or CSV.
