Go to the ,,Reports'' tab. You can see it on the left in the panel.
Here, you can choose what reports you want to see. You can choose the time and the service.
Here, you will see the chart of all of the incoming, outgoing and callback calls.
Next, you will see where people call most often from.
Here, you will see how many calls there were specified with the appropriate tag with and without distinction between employees.
Here, you will see the number of answered and missed callback calls.
Here, you will see which of your employees made the most calls, how long all calls lasted and the average call time.
Here, you will see what pages bring you the most calls.
Next, you will see which source brings the most calls.
Finally, here you will see which of your services was the most visited and received the most callbacks.
