  1. Go to the ,,My profile'' tab. You can see it on the left in the panel.

  2. Here, you can edit the information about you.

  3. Next, you have the ,,Work hours'' option.

  4. Here, you can choose when you will be able to answer the phone.

  5. You can also enable/disable holiday mode, during which you will not make any calls with clients.

  6. Next, you have the ,,Services settings''.

  7. Here, you can turn on the option which allows to schedule calls in the calendar (for example Google Calendar).

  8. You will also check the configuration that is set for the entire organization.

  9. The next tab is the 'API token

  10. Here, you can create the API token, which you can use to integrate Callback24 with other tools.

  11. The last tab is advanced settings, where you will set queue limits.
