With this guide, you will learn how to integrate Smartsupp Live Chat widget with callback24 widget, allowing customers to easily choose either service. By doing so, you will be able to provide your customers with an improved customer experience and a more convenient way to contact you.

  1. Choose service which you would like to connect with Smartsupp Live Chat

  2. Go to Integration tab and click on Smartsupp

  3. Click on enable Smartsupp chat

  4. Paste code from Smartsupp Chat to Callback24 dashboard
    ​

  5. This is how widget will be visible on your site
