This guide will walk you through the steps of connecting your Facebook Page to your Callback24 account, creating a new Facebook Lead Ads Campaign and configuring your Instant Form to enable automatic lead notifications in your Callback24 app. By the end of this guide, you will be able to easily and quickly integrate Callback24 with your Facebook Lead Ads Campaign!
Log in to your Callback24 account and go to the Integrations tab.
2. Click on the "Connect to Facebook Lead Ads" button.
3.Click on edit settings to choose Facebook Page
4.Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your Facebook Page.
5.Assign all the required access options and click OK.
7. Now you should see the Facebook Page on the Callback24 dashboard. Click on the page .
7. Create a new Facebook Lead Ads Campaign.
8.Select the Instant Forms option when creating the campaign.
9. Create an Instant Form for the campaign, making sure to add a mandatory Phone Number field.
11.Publish the campaign.
12. Refresh forms in callback24 and use selected one to receive call back notification. Click Save.
13. All leads from selected forms will now be automatically sent to your Callback24 app.

Leads appear on Facebook, but do not fall into callback24 - what should I check?
a) Verify the ad and the form - whether it definitely has a field for entering a phone number. If we can help you - share the ad with us.
b) Verify the name of the form in the ad, whether it is identical to the one you provided for integration. You can check the form here https://business.facebook.com/latest/instant_forms/crm_setup
c) Verify that callback24 is added, as a CRM.
