Make sure that your teammates have the same emails as in Bitrix24

Go to developers resources in Bitrix24 -&gt; Other - Inbound Webhook

Assign permissions to: CRM, USER, TELEPHONY

Copy Webhook to call REST API and paste on callback24 dashboard

1. Go to My Company tab and choose service settings.
2. Turn on Tags.
3. Make sure that your teammates have the same emails as in Bitrix24
4. Go to developers resources in Bitrix24 -&gt; Other - Inbound Webhook
5. Assign permissions to: CRM, USER, TELEPHONY
6. Copy Webhook to call REST API and paste on callback24 dashboard

7. Done!
