How to import a CSV file into a campaign?

Importing a csv file allows you to import phone numbers from other databases your company owns. These can be current customers, leads from mailing campaigns, data from another CRM system.

After importing the numbers, they will be added to a Calls in callback24 and then, at a predetermined date and time, called in the callback24 application.

Imports work very well with Queue.

Imported contacts can be added to Queue and then the Team will call them at a predetermined time.

In this way, your consultants will be able to call the imported customer data. And you will know the effect of the calls.

How to do it?

1. Log in to the panel at https://panel.callback24.io/ using your credentials.

2. Go to the Campaigns -> Phone calls tab.

3. Create a profile following the instructions, and then select it from the list.

4. Next, select the file.

5. Check file.
