When using your phone with the DUAL SIM option, you can use callback24 in two ways:
Automatic SIM card selection
What this means.
You decide which SIM card you want to automatically make outgoing calls from.
In the phone's settings, select automatic selection of SIM 1 or SIM 2. callback24 calls will also be made automatically - according to the configuration.
2. Always ask for SIM card selection
What does this mean?
The system will ask you every time from which card to make a call.
Also when making a callback24 connection.
How to configure this?
Select Always ask for SIM card selection.
If you encounter an error in the form of inactive SIM cards, the problem will most likely be the Dialer you are using.
The latest version of the dialer from Google (v112) has a glitch that prevents the use of callback24 in the Dual SIM version. We recommend choosing a different dialer, or installing an earlier version of Dialer from Google, which you can find in the link below:
