Teams, is a group of people handling calls from the same area (thematic, location).
You can find the Teams tab under Settings -> Teams.
2. To add a team, select the Add button.
3. Enter the team name, email address, and select members. To confirm, choose Create a team.

After approval, the team is ready. To edit it, double-click on it.

5. Edit the fields you need and click Save changes.
6. There are two important functions in the Team:
"Call everyone" option. - every available agent will be informed of the callback call at the same time.
Option "Call the next agent in order with priority" - the call will be assigned to the next available agent based on its priority. If the call is not answered by the first agent, it will be forwarded to the next available agent after 1 minute.
The order indicates the queue of consultants to whom call notifications will be sent.
Priority means the number of calls directed to the consultant.
