Campaign profiles allow for easy importing of .csv files with varying structures. They assist in independently creating files with phone numbers for downloading.


1. You can find the campaign profile in the Campaigns -> Campaign Profile tab.

2. To add a new profile, select Add campaign profile.

3. Based on the instructions, create a Campaign Profile.

4. Then click Save.

5. Fill in the columns with the data you want to import.

  • The phone_number column is required

  • In the service.name column, provide the domain name you entered in Services

  • In the user.email column, enter the email addresses of employees added in the panel.callback24.io

  • Leave the date in the format of the exported file or change it to 2023-06-05 10:32:00.

Short guide to filling in the fields:

user.email - email of the user who accepted/rejected ("completed") the call
service.name - service name
phone_number - phone number
call_start_time - time and date of the call start
call_end_time - time and date of the call end
call_from - where the call was initiated from: POPUP/EXITPOUP/IMPORT
website - the site where the number was entered
title - title of the page where the number was entered
referer - this is the url from which the customer
referer_from - this is the url from which the customer came to your site, e.g., https://google.com
domain - domain of callback24.io

referer_domain - tthis is the domain from which the customer came to your site, e.g., google.com
call_at type - time when the callback should call
contact_name - contact name
comments - notes
message_text - email message content
message_email - adres - sender's email address
assigned_team.name - name of the team the call is assigned to
assigned_user.email - name of the user the call is assigned to
lead_ref_number - lead identification number

6. After filling in the file, choose Save As → enter a name → Edit filter settings → Use CSV format → Field Separator → Select semicolon → OK.

7. Click the Choose File button and then add the saved file.
