The service will be in an interactive mode where you can log in to the Callback24 mobile application on your phone. This mode allows you to call the person and leave a phone number with a contact request within 15 seconds. The service will be in an offline mode after working hours or when you are logged out.

In offline mode, calls will be visible only in the dashboard. You will also receive them in an e-mail.
